Registration and Enrollment
We have open enrollment throughout the year. You may start the program within 5 days of submitting your completed application.
Testing and Certification Prep
The RASA program has incorporated the ABSA’s study guide, so you will be prepared for the SA-C National Certification exam.
Programs & Facilities
Our program is interactive distance learning, followed by a clinical internship completed at your local facility under the direct supervision of board certified surgeons.

Our vision is to provide cost-effective vocational education programs that meets industry demands and inspires individuals to achieve their educational goals and move onto a rewarding career.
With our current and innovative teaching methods, our students develop the necessary skills through surgical assistant training. Students’ knowledge and ethical principles to meet the standards of the demanding role of a surgical assistant, as defined by the American College of Surgeons.
We strive to deliver a cost-effective, convenient and comprehensive educational path to achieve our vision, and yours of obtaining surgical assistant certification.

Flexible Clinicals at Your Local Facility
Our program requires multi-specialty clinical rotations. You can complete your clinicals at your local facility, specialized surgical centers or hospital. You will feel prepared for the national SA-C certification exam, as we have incorporated the ABSA’s comprehensive study guide into our program.

- RASA is not regulated in Texas under chapter 132 of the Texas Education Code.
- RASA is regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Division of Private Occupational Schools.
- Complaints may be filed online with the Division of Private Occupational Schools at highered.colorado.gov/dpos or by calling 303-832-3001, within two (2) years after the student discontinues his or her training, or at any time prior to the commencement of training.
